Booth, a Pittsburgh native and former large defense firm attorney, has spent over 10 years practicing law in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. As a former large defense lawyer, Booth regularly represented large trucking companies, railroads and Fortune 500 companies and is known as a top legal strategist in auto insurance law.

Mr. Booth received his undergraduate degrees in finance and government from the University of Maryland, where he was a Presidential Academic Scholar. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, as well as various federal courts. He regularly appears in state and federal courts in the region, representing the firm’s trucking, auto, premises liability and work related injury clients. “We have a unique practice,” says Chaffin. “Unlike many boutique personal injury trial firms, we have a thriving regional personal injury practice, and a complex national product liability practice involving consumer product, pharmaceutical and medical device injuries.
